OUR VISION

As veteran Special Education (SPED) teachers, our mission was to nurture our students and witness their growth. This commitment led to the creation of our first book, 'A Practical Roadmap to Managing and Organizing the Special Education Classroom.' Recognizing the crucial need to mentor new and intern teachers, we aimed to prepare them for a successful and rewarding journey in the field of Special Education.

Co-founding Bhattacharjee Fleck & Associates enabled us to pursue our dream of fostering close relationships among students, teachers, therapists, instructional assistants, administration, parents, and caregivers. Serving as consultants in various school districts as Resource Specialists and Mentors, we actively contribute to the professional growth and development of new teachers. Our primary goal remains the nurturing and development of our student population to help them realize their individual potentials.

Even in our retirement as SPED teachers, our commitment to nurturing and guiding students persists. We authored our second book, an illustrated children's book titled 'The Friendly Learning Academy: The FLA Way.' This book aims to foster positive interpersonal relationships among students, rooted in mutual respect and friendship. Through an enchanted jungle tale, it illustrates how learning becomes enjoyable in a well-organized, orderly, and peaceful classroom.
