About the Author - Kaberi Bhattacharjee

Kaberi Bhattacharjee, M.A., M.Ed., Educational Specialist

Kaberi Bhattacharjee boasts an impressive tenure of 17 years in the educational sector, with a particular emphasis on special needs education. Beginning her journey as an 8th-grade Social Science and SDAIE teacher, she transitioned into Special Education, providing invaluable guidance to middle school students in the Special Day Class. Over the past 12 years, she has focused on post-secondary education and has actively mentored emerging educators. Recognized for her exceptional contributions, Kaberi received the Excellence Award 2015 from Pacific Autism Center for Education and was honored as KRON4 News Teacher of the Year in 2016. In addition to co-authoring "A Practical Roadmap to Organizing and Managing the Special Ed Classroom," Kaberi is an integral co-founder of Bhattacharjee Fleck and Associates.
